Just didn’t care about the characters enough. It also felt like a book I’ve read before. I recommend reading Naomi Novik’s Uprooted instead.

everyone was right... what the hell was that ending 😭💔. WHY DID THEY LEAVE IT LIKE THAT... anyways it's a good book. if you're into fairytales that has an eerie feeling and some romance, you might like this one!
i liked the writing. it felt like an old fairytale you used to read before going to bed, it helped to bring what kind of atmosphere the book had going on. although at some points i felt like there were some things that happened too quickly, nonetheless it's still worth my time!

Polish folklore + Howl's Moving Castle vibes = near perfection. I had a great time reading this book and cannot believe it's a debut novel. After reading the last page I need news about a sequel asap
