Sadly, I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I thought I would. Maybe I’ll try to reread it in the future

Craft is the second book in The Gibson Boys series. This book is told from dual perspectives from Lance Gibson and Mariah Malarkey.

Lance and Mariah work in the same school. Lance is a teacher, and Mariah is the librarian. Lance tends to show up in Mariah's office to take personal calls and eat all the baked goods Mariah makes.

I loved the banter between Lance and Mariah. The way they go back and forth was great. We learn things that happened to both characters in the past that have shaped them into who they are today. They start to have a fling, but Lance doesn't want to tie Mariah down with his baggage.

They end up helping a child who grew up in the foster system, and it made both of them re-evaluate what they want in life. Will Lance tell Mariah his secret? Will Mariah understand where Lance is coming from? Will they get their happily ever after?

I loved every minute of getting to know Lance and Mariah. Both of their characters were great! I can't wait to see what happens with the next Gibson boy!

It's no secret that I am a huge fan of all of Adriana Locke's books. But OMG, I think Craft- and Lance- have shot above the rest!

I judge a good book by how it feels. And Craft had me so emotionally wrecked! I cried at so many different parts- and I love to cry! I felt like I was actually feeling the same emotions that Lance and Mariah were feeling. And that is always a good sign of a good book. That makes me connect with the characters, and that is what ultimately makes a good book, in my opinion.

I loved Mariah and Lance- I think the only thing I wish was that there was more... but I'm sure they'll be revisited with other books in the Gibson Boys series. I can't wait!!

Eeeepppp. I really love just about anything Adriana writes. But her Gibson and Landry series are by far my favs. Craft was a great addition to the Gibson family series! Mariah and Lance were amazing. I loved the chemistry between them. These to made me laugh and everything As usual Adriana did amazing in throwing in little things from past novels, which i love when she does this! Gretchen and Nana were some of my fav charcters this time around. Gretchen with her advice and Nana with her welcoming soul. 💚 Also, how could i not mention Peck?! Lawd that guy need a book but he's gonna have to wait in line like a good boy! Machlan is coming!!! And then Cross 🙄😂😂🙌🏼

The slow burn in this book nearly killed me, I’ve never screamed for two people to get together so much in my life

I appreciated the underlying story, but miscommunication/lack of communication is just so frustrating.

Lance *sigh* that sexy Alpha nerd ... loved it! My favorite thing in a book is sexual tension and this one had so much of that goodness!!
