Such a good series - the movie leaves so much out of this book, even more so perhaps than the first two. Loved every minute.

I think this is the best book yet. I think it was interesting that Lemony Snicket acknowledged the dangerous things the children do and how other kids should not repeat their actions. I also love how quickly I can get through these books! As always I enjoyed it.

3.5* again, enjoyable again. I think I'll enjoy the next books more simply because the film covered the first three books(???) so the rest of the books will have stories that are new to me? maybe? But anyway I wouldn't be reading them so fast if I wasn't enjoying them, so!

This one's an ambiguous one. I really like the way this stories are told, specially if we have in my the fact that they're kids stories. But it's starting to get a bit repetitive. Oh well, I think I'll take a break from reading this ones, and I'll prbobaly just get into them again at the end of next month or so. But I really grew to like the Beaudelaires. Their aunt, on the other way, wanted to strangle her
