I think that I wanted to love this but I feel like this was the bridge book to get to the actual turmoil of what's happening in Olympus. But, that didn't detract from how much I loved this, it just kept it from being a 5 star read for me.

I loved Apollo and Cassandra and their work relationship and that he wanted to take care of her. I think that the tropes were great and worked well, I just felt like everything was so quick because of the fact that it was a set up book. There was nothing until there was something.

I'm really intrigued to see what's next in our Dark Olympus series.

The main couple in this book is fine. Apollo and Cassandra are a solid couple and as always Robert delivers on the erotica front. I am so intrigued about the overall plot of the Olympus world, which is really being highlighted in this book and looks like it'll be more central going forward.

Another solid book in the Dark Olympus series! This book has a mix of the plot involving the scheming amongst and against the Thirteen as well as that signature Katee Robert spice (though less than the previous books in the series). I enjoyed this one. Apollo is the sweetest dom, he deeply cares for Cassandra. Cassandra is strong willed and fiercely cares for those closest to her. I would recommend this book!

A lot of plot intrigue for the main Dark Olympus storyline, less focus on the main characters. But honestly their relationship development was a little boring compared to the previous books, so maybe that was for the best.

This book had an entirely different feel than the first three. Lots of hidden agendas and twists. I can tell that Katee Robert is setting up for some major projects later down the road!

The next book in the dark Olympus series. So good. This is a slow burn, boss and employee romance. As well as a mystery the couple is trying to solve. So good and ends leading into the next book.
