Not for me.

Will have to read it again. Absolutely a book that should require various reads before fully grasping every bit of it. Mixed emotions about the book

While I would like to revisit books every few years, I feel that I will need to wait at least 10 years, given the opportunity, to revisit such an interesting and complex cacophony of writing styles and lucid thoughts.

DID NOT FINISH

It's no Tolkien, that's for sure.

DNF

There is a lot going on in this book. Tackle this one with lectures from great courses, online guide and cliff notes. Is this the best book ever written in the 20 math century in English? I do not know. However with the millions of words written about it and the complex nature of the style, Joyce has written a thought provoking book from start to finish.

I read this every few years and it gets easier and easier, but I always feel a little worse for Leopold Bloom each time. [I forgot that I wrote that a couple of years ago, but I just finished it again, and I felt better about Poldy]

Yes yes YES.

IT'S OVER. I hated this book so much. 85%+ useless word vomit. And then 2 ish parts that were just.... a woman wanting to get f*cked.

Time I'll never get back.

Gotta say, glad James Joyce is dead. He's done enough.
