2011 is the year of the rabbit. What do rabbit's eat? Stuff grown in the garden! In response, I'll make 2011 the year of eating "whole foods." This book is very common sense to someone raised by parents who believed in gardening and having our own animals (chicken, turkey, rabbits) for food. They taught me by example to eat less processed food, and more natural foods. I'm on board. Who's with me?

Really enjoyed this. Was much shorter than I expected, because of all the resources at the end. A lot of it seems like common sense, but it's sense that people don't follow. Makes me want to eat better.

Another excellent book by Michael Pollan. This is his best yet! His books have seriously changed my way of thinking when it comes to food (and for the better!).

The first sixth and last third of this book were great. The half in the middle was tedious and nearly trivial. I stand by my fractions.
