This wasn't so much a horror novel as grandly disturbing. As a parent of two small children, it makes me uncomfortable to think that a child could be so evil. It plays on the fears that as a parent, you could have a child that just hates you.

Enjoyed this book a lot, drove me a little crazy at times and I wish the ending gave a little more, but still a good suspense read.

Honestly this book was on my TBR for literally years… and I’m so mad I used an audible credit to get through if. It just wasn’t good. Nothing exciting. Same thing. I think I blacked out at some point. Idn it just was bleh.
