Such a beautiful collection of poems, and I have always said that I don't like poetry. It truly touches your soul.

"Why is it when I dream of Palestine,
that I see it in black and white?"

this emotionally heavy and heartbreaking. the experience of the author Mosab Abu Toha growing up in Palestine and his memories of the Israeli occupation are painful,  a heavy weight in your chest remains as you read, while leaving you with a touch of hope in the end.
