A very interesting read, especially since it was not a topic I had ever really thought about. Sure, Africans are runners. Sure you need 10 000 hours of practice. I'd never stopped and thought about the why or even if those statements were true.
Overall, this book's nature/nuture overarching question was well done and the anecdotes enjoyable.
