I really enjoyed this book. I went through the series as a whole ridiculously quickly. I did however feel like there were a lot of deaths just to kill people off /: like they weren’t necessary at all. But i still loved the story. The twist at the end was nice i didn’t expect it to end grim but also for a moment i wondered if tedros would stay dead because there wasn’t much of the book left. Overall, i enjoyed this book!

Past is Present and Present is Past. The story goes round and round again.

I honestly don't know what to write, it's been a huge journey that I started as a kid and finished as an adult. This reading took years (mostly because I DNF the last two books), but like everything else, I had to give it time. I'm so glad (and it hurts terribly) that I have to end this series now.

Agatha has improved tremendously and gone through so much to be there at the end, but I feel like all the suffering, tears and blood were worth it because she could become the queen Camelot needs. Tedros, my brave and endlessly persistent Tedros, suffered so much because of two fraudsters, his father, his mother and the forest. Even when everything and everyone (except his friends) turned against him, he kept fighting and going, believing in the future, and I can't tell you how much, but how much he deserves rest. Sophie's character development is probably one of the most admirable in the entire series, she can be 100% evil, she may not always play fairly, she may have a bit of darkness, but she knows what's right and trusts her friends for whom she will go to the end of the world if necessary. The other characters have grown close to my heart,
all those deaths have taken a toll on my soul, and I can't believe that more than half of the characters I met in the first half of the series have disappeared
. Either way, witches are the corners of my heart and my favorites who can't do anything wrong in my eyes.

Agatha and Tedros' love, relationship and trust grew tremendously over the course of the book series. At last it was clear that they sincerely believed in each other, helping and protecting each other. I loved their little lovely scenes.

The plot was a bit confusing to me, mostly due to the fact that we were bouncing back and forth in time in one space the whole time. Basically, I liked it and would love to read more about this world because gods the world  building is something amazing. It was full of secrets, twists and action, I liked it so much. There were some really funny parts about it, like, Merlin as a baby,
which still makes me cry because he thought Agatha was his mom and loved her so much, it was incredibly cute.
The pace was good in my opinion, although I didn't really like that so much POV appeared that I didn't even know where my head was. The ending was beautiful, so I definitely want to return to this world because it's so unique and magical that it makes me feel like a child again.
