This book had a promising story, however the time jumps and character swaps were a bit much. If you put it down it’s a little difficult to get back into the story because the character and the time line are really scrambled.

Honestly boring, especially for something marketed as a thriller/horror/mystery. Not what I thought I would get going in, so I was disappointed that the bulk of the book was poorly paced and lacking suspense. Mostly, I found it to be inoffensive background noise.
