2.5 stars, mostly because this book had a hard time keeping my attention, and Josie was a bit silly at times. This is the 10th installment in this series, and this time mystery shopper Josie Marcus has been hired to check out a few doggy daycare locations. As the book progressed, I got the feeling this could be the last in the series. Josie's in a better place than when we were first introduced to her - she's married the man of her dreams and moved out of her mother's downstairs flat into a wonderful house of her own. Her conscientious relationship with her mother is mostly problem free, and they have a real friendship. Her daughter Amelia is blooming, has made true friends at school and is coming into her own.
