Solid fluff of a book. Love a protagonist who never gets gendered, love a book that's starting from a goofy premise and not afraid to play and have fun with it, and especially love a book that doesn't overstay its welcome when its premise has run its course. There's a reason Scalzi's one of the few cishet white male writers I still read.
