This was a good time!! I loved that there wasn’t a bunch of drama or action like in the first 3 books of the series. This was just about Jaeda finally getting the love she deserved, and forcing her family to see that she’s a grown woman and they need to respect her boundaries. The Dillinger family still cut up in this book though and had me cackling the whole time, but Quaid was time enough for them and I loved it. I loved that Jaeda and Quaid connected on all things nerdy and both found a love that allowed them to be unapologetically themselves. Also the set up for Steel’s book is in this one & I’m interested in his storyline now…it’s giving a setup for a second chance romance but I’m wondering how his “situation” will play out. I’m over Mia & Titan though lol. The toxicity is outta this world.
