It’s marketed as an enemies to lovers story, which is kinda misleading since it’s just a mild mutual dislike of each other for like barely the first quarter of the book. It is very much grumpy/sunshine tho (Elliot literally calls Jack his Sun which is just adorable) and it got surprisingly emotional at times, especially concerning Elliot’s home life. It was a cute read that had some scenes that I felt could have been cut for pacing, but I enjoyed myself!
