Holes in the plot and FMC responses that are weak. But here's what I am most alarmed about in this series - Romanticizing misogyny is dangerous. Misogyny doesn't generate a HEA, and it's never ok.

Really enjoyed the second part to this duet. Loved that Hayden was just as possessive if not more! I also liked how Calista wasn’t a push over and stood her ground with her feelings towards Hayden. This was so close to being a 5 star but for me the ending felt to rushed. I think if it was spaced out a bit more and maybe had a good couple more chapters in it would have felt better fitting.
I did enjoy how the story all wrapped up. Harper Definitely grew on me from the first book as I felt her quite annoying in book 1 but in this one she seemed to mature a lot more when needing to be actually serious. If you are looking for an obsessive, possessive, stalker romance definition give this one a read

“Sometimes people have more than one side to them. The one they show the world and the one they keep hidden. That doesn’t mean you can’t love part of them.”
the first one was better, but this was still good.
I did like the closure we got though

This book was just as crazy as the first one! I’m still shocked by the dynamic of Calista and Hayden’s relationship. She’s still just as stubborn and he’s still just as domineering. But I really enjoyed these books! I’m upset there over. If you like stalker romance you’ll love this!
I though this duet series was great, I did feel at times maybe Hayden loved Calista a little to much. The love just came on so strong and I was honestly sad there wasn’t more stalking on Hayden’s part throughout this series but it was still well worth the read! ❤️

Hated how manipulated Hayden was when it came to Callista’s school and financial security. Plot was lacking and the whole book pissed me off with how selfish he was
What made me interested in this book was the whole "stalker-turned-lover" trope, but it didn't exactly live up to my expectations.
I reviewed the first book, and my opinions from that review are the same for this one as well.
I lost interest in the MMC and FMC due to trust being out the window, but still remaining in love. Lord have mercy.
