I actually dropped this book at Loc 830. The writing sucks, the author cannot be serious. Insulting our intelligence and processing skills with how god awful the writing is. And the deal breaker for me was her still sleeping with him after finding out he is her stalker, and him showing no remorse or guilt and REPLACING HER BIRTH CONTROL?? I love a dark romance but this is just poorly written. DNF!!!
An average sequel with a predicted plot twist/kidnapping. Ended cutely though.
just because you throw in a bunch of tropes or things that readers like, doesn't mean people will immediately love it

I liked it but I didn’t.
It was a good story if you enjoy the aggressive possessive MMC (which I do) but also, it gets to be to much at the same time.
The back and forth on her, she loves him but she doesn’t she does but she doesn’t. It goes on to long and gets really annoying.
But the story itself is cute.

This book was just… WOW. It was so good. I couldn’t put it down!! I read the first part of the duet, once you’re mine, and then immediately picked up the second and it did not disappoint. The author had me on my toes so often it was crazy! I will definitely be reading this series again.
