Brilliant read.

Its absolutely absurd, chaotic journey.

There moments, where the humor misses its mark - i assume its due to translation.

But most of the time I have was laughing out loud, having a blast.

Was Allan trying to die by jumping out of the window supposed to be a plot twist? Cause I saw it coming from a mile away...
Anyway, it was a nice read, reminiscent of Forest Gump, but not as well made.

This book made me laugh out loud. I truly enjoyed reading about Allan and his many adventures. I definitely thought that the ending was a little rushed, and i wasn't a fan of where Allan ended up, but overall I truly enjoyed the book. One of my favorite things about it was that the book was less about Allan being 100 years old and more about all the adventures he had taken and the ones he was looking forward to taking. I would hope that I become like Allan in the future, I love his devil-may-care attitude. The whole book was just a roller coaster and I am very happy that I chose to pick up this book. The humor was just enough and I really enjoyed it.

It's rare for a story so contrived to actually be entertaining.
