I actually dnf this at 90% but I doubt the last 10% would modify much how I felt about this book.
This is two golden retriever characters falling in love, which I didn't know, but sucks as a trope. There's a fatphobic joke, there're multiple comments about how hot the protagonist is. The narrator of the audiobook is the most obnoxious one I ever heard, she shouts all the time, overacts... I unfortunately made it to the sex part, and... Yuck, listening to that person acting orgasms and sexiness will live in my mind as a nightmare.
Also, the supposed profound moment in which the protagonist has an existential enlightenment is so, SO, basic. It's like they basically tell her: there's life beyond individualism, you know?
