A ridiculous amount of fun surrounding the mysteries of Twin Peaks. This book takes you on a ride from Meriwether Lewis to Chief Joseph to Richard Nixon and through the occult, Native American mythology, UFOs, giant people from Finland, and L. Ron Hubbard. Additionally, lots of backstory on Twin Peaks characters and their some of their ancestry. Fans of Twin Peaks will not be disappointed!

Edit: Pff, I love Twin Peaks.

**I was planning to give this a 3.5 at first because I'm not too interested in political conspiracy theories, but it got so intense at times that I managed to enjoy the read despite said theories. It's a good filler book after you've watched everything related to Twin Peaks, but if you expect it to be 300 pages worth of Twin Peaks, you're in for a major disappointment. I got over it and liked it for what it was either way.

A truly amazing and fascinating bridge between Twin Peaks and Twin Peaks: The Return.

I loved this book. As a Twin Peaks fan, it was fun to listen to the audiobook as some of the actors from the TV show voice some of the parts. It was also interesting to learn more about minor things about Twin Peaks such that wouldn't normally fit in a movie or TV show.

There's discussions whether this is canon material to the Twin Peaks universe. What this definitely is, is a lot of tiny stories connected to Twin Peaks by a thread so thin it's barely visible. Like the series, it has some sweet sweet small town life drama but also touches on more abstract concepts like government corruption.

I wish this was either shorter, had text instead of "clippings" from newspapers that made it hard to read in ebook format, and had less UFOs.

Amazing supplement to Twin Peaks. Structured like a dossier and gives plenty for fans of the show to think about. Multiple perspectives are included and it gives a lot of interesting backstory. Also functions as an alternate history. Can't wait for the follow-up coming in October!
