did not like or care about any of these characters one bit. I thought one of the side characters was going to be interesting, but no. only reason this is not 1 star is because it had a cool then/now time structure.

22% in and I'm not going to finish this one. A real disappointment as I enjoyed O'Leary's previous books. First of all, the profanity is unrelenting and not just light cursing either. Secondly, so much insta-love/lust and dysfunction, I don't care if it's a French villa!! I just don't care about or relate to any of these characters. Moving on and hopefully the next O'Leary is better
