The book is a collection of various short stories belonging to mystery and crime genre. Few of these stories were remarkably good while rest were poor. It reminded of my school textbook that comprised various chapters, one totally different from others. You can give it a shot but in my opinion, the only one that were well structured and worth one's time are:

This was included with my Prime Membership, which I came to know about when I was browsing the Prime Reading.
This book has a collection of stories with CRIME as the central theme. It was a good thing that they were short & I got introduced to some writers that I didn't know about.
I liked 5 of the 8 stories & they include (in no particular order) : The Lodger, The Read Headed League, The Perfect Murder, He Said it With Arsenic & The Interruption. Others were just meh !!
It would be a good book to read while travelling.

Good collection of short stories. Some written with alacrity and some written with composure. Loved some of them. Very easy read.
It would have been a great story I suppose to some others but for me it simply was not that interesting. Maybe I was desperate to finish it today itself that I didn't have the patience to immerse in the stories. I was rushing through most of the time. Two of the stories I learned at Literature class so I know what it's about. Overall it's ok.
