Slower than her first three but fun to find out more about Marcus and baby vampires.

If you really REALLY loved the All Souls Trilogy, you will enjoy this more in-depth story of Marcus and Phoebe. However, this book really has no plot. It simply follows the characters around for a lazy, almost completely conflict-free summer. I would have preferred this book in novella length, but still enjoyed the read.

I enjoyed Time's Convert, even though it had a different vibe than the rest of the series. I felt this was more reflective and introspective than the other books. I liked getting to know Marcus and Phoebe better while still getting to have Diana and Matthew around.

This series should've stopped after the third book. Boring battle scenes dominate, along with Matthew and Diana peeking into the story just to remind you what series it is. Sure, Phoebe's transformation was interesting but since the book is supposed to be about Marcus, and I still felt like I didn't learn much about him, this fell short.
