1 Chemistry Lacking Stars

Jemma Copeland entered Sadia using her sisters's pasport and gets discovered by Sheikh Mikael.

Mikael's mother was taken advantaged by Jemma's con father. So Mikael is looking for revenge..

There's so many things wrong with this work.
First is that: Jemma broke international law, and though I'm not a lawyer or anything it she shouldn't be free running around.

2nd: if Mikael had hated her that much, why bother marrying her? It's not punishment enough to be married to him.

3rd: They lack chemistry and build up. Mikael is an ass, arrogant jerk, it came no surprise to me how I hated him much. He's a child, not a man. His dramatic turn was stupid. If he's going to be a jerk then he has to own it. I was surprise how he suddenly grew a conscience.

4th: I get it that Jemma's not a virgin, but can we not get her from 0 to 60 in three point five? She hates him then she's suddenly throwing herself at him. What's up with that?

5: the 8 days and 8 nights rule is what really ruined the premise, if they were only given enough time to develop and such, I wouldn't have hated it this much..

Overall, this is a die for me. Mikael is no hero, and Jemma is a slut. They're both obnoxious and stupid. I kept rolling my eyes at the maturity level these two has.

This got much better as it went along, despite my reservations with the premise. By the end, I believed that Jemma was happy, and Mikael made her feel safe, protected, and cherished.
