I think you either love or hate this book, there is no in between. I hated this book, but in I can’t DNF fashion, I stuck with it. I have no idea what was happening most. The multiple time lines made it near impossible to follow along. It started out decent and I was interested, but that ended quickly.
I liked this book and it kept my attention but there were parts that felt open ended and unfinished.

This was great but just made me so sad x a really difficult read super emotional and I feel rage
Pamela was kinda eating the defendant up and I was living for it. Call them what they are: LOSERS!!!!
I really love how this book didn't focus on the murder itself but rather the aftermath and how the women's lives changed. It took me a while to get into and when both Ruth and Pamela were in Colorado it got a bit confusing. I understood the device of parallel stories but it was a bit difficult to keep track of and distracted me. However the characters were all very lovable & I found myself sickened at what they went through.

Hard to listen to, perhaps better if you read it on page.
