This book is hands down the best and most imformative guide I have read to date about how to deal with toxic/ psychopathic people we all have in our lives at one time or another. It helps you identify what makes these people tick and how to either eliminate them from your life or manage them and whilst minimising the impact they have on you for the ones that you cannot remove from your life. It takes you through their thought processes and helps you identify them before they have a firm grip on you.
