Reviews with content warning for Sexual content - Ensnared by the Werewolf

In my personal opinion, men who reject a woman bc they're (the man) are insecure and only accept her when she's on the floor, begging to be accepted... They're selfish assholes and don't deserve love. Anyway, don't know how this could've been solved otherwise so...

That being said, any problem I had with this book was bc of personal preference and the book itself is pretty good.

Really enjoyed this! I liked that it wasn’t as insta lovey as some of the others/some romances generally but so wish we’d seen more of their relationship after he finally accepts her and that this book generally was longer

Belinda sets out to get over being shunned by her fated mate by way of helping a lake monster in heat - but in the process runs into the wolf shifter that broke her heart in the first place. When Jack's wolf emerges, something is wrong, he's not like other shifters and it brings him to seek the aid of a curse-breaking witch who just might be his fated mate.

This was such a cute little story. I have no thoughts other than Belinda and Jack were adorable and I really enjoyed knowing the side story to the mysterious witch who never made it to Adrian's home in Found By the Lake Monster. This was almost a Beauty and the Beast retelling? But with more clear inspiration from original French folklore surrounding werewolves/lycanthropes. I really enjoyed just how much Lark packed into this short piece!

Jack is the cutest puppy of a man. 5/5 Also... chasing. And biting. :)

Another quick read that was straight to the point. It's well-written and properly edited, and the characters are mostly fleshed out and believable. I do enjoy books that have a bit more story to them, but it wasn't a disappointing read overall.
