Really enjoyed the story and i love the main character but I absolutely HATED the love triangle between Mare and the brothers, she was kissing both like it was no big deal, end up never really knowing who she was in love with in the end but it did have a great twist at the end which made up for it a little bit.

The plot was kind of hard to get into at the start, but once it picked up it was so much fun to read and that plot twist and the end was amazing!!!

My respect for Maven

Wow my fave book that ending!

This book was fast paced and written beautifully I found it hard to put down, 5/5 stars!

I 100% recommend if you like either fantasy or dystopian novels the two main genres in Red Queen I would say but overall all it's a mix of Fantasy, Romance, Dystopian with some historical elements included.

An Amazing YA read I bet most ages would enjoy despite being YA!

SPOILERS

at the beginning of the novel, I found Maven fairly shady but then let's just say I fell in love with him as a character before the ... dreaded betrayal but on another note I'm glad that Shade is still alive and teleportation is a pretty good power!

Bring on Glass Sword and apparently Maven is much worse in it :O
