I I picked this up for the cover, but it ended up being a big waste of time. Had to skim through so much because no way it should  be this long. The hero was insufferable with his constant hot-and-cold drama, and their relationship? Very wattpad-esque, toxic and borderline abusive. One second he’s all over her, the next he’s pulling away like why even start then? Especially how he pulled away from her when she needed him the most, after her dad died. He’s so reckless and selfish. The heroine had zero personality, and honestly, there are better books for this trope- giving homeless child a shelter in your own home. And backing together after their two years separation, hero barely grovelled. 

Ending: hfn (no insight of future)
Side note: one open-door scene, super short, and vague. So no, not spicy either.
