This volume expands on the complicated relationships between characters. I did not enjoy the final issue (Boy Loses Girl) as much because Beth still comes across as a figure of Yorrick’s construction rather than an interesting character in her own right.

I've been sort of biding my time with this series up to this point, letting people get me the books as Christmas and birthday gifts, but I was about a third of the way through this book when I realized it was time to just buckle down and order the final two books.

I loved the opening bit at the church and I was howling with laughter when we finally discovered
Spoilerwhy Yorick survived the plague...sorta.

I will say, I'm not sure how I feel about
SpoilerMann and 355 hooking up
but other than that I enjoy that we've been delving a little more into certain characters' interpersonal relationships.

I'll be getting the final two books tomorrow so I'm very excited to see how this shakes out! Until next time!

Interesting how this apocalypse flushes out it’s new world order

Still good, but this volume feels like an interlude and I wasn’t as gripped tbh. Hoping the ending is solid.

Another good collection for The Last Man, however the sexualisation is getting v heavy now. Still reading a bit more like a sexualised, lesbian dream for blokes. Storyline running alongside was enjoyable on this run but just not too keen for direction a lot of it’s going in

Agree with most of the other comments, this one is significantly better than the second (which I still enjoyed).
Toyota seems like a great character to introduce, and Hero's arc is handled brilliantly. My only slight desire is for more Ampersand!
