Adorable! It's amazing how "alien" words in other languages can sound. Pun intended. :)

What do students on Earth and students in space have in common? They come up with outlandish excuses for not having a pencil and being late to class! This clever and funny story shares the excuse of Henry P. Baloney. Even more fun - all the alien sounding words found in the text are actually Earth languages.

Fantastic book to read aloud to 2nd/3rd grade age group. Kids were engaged and on the edge of their seats!!Leading the children to use context clues to figure out the "alien" words used by Henry P. Baloney is a huge bonus!

This was a lot of fun. A space Alien is telling a tall tale of why he is late to school. But every once in a while, his words are foreign. A lovely and fun story.
