I remember reading scanlations of this back in 2014 and it somehow hasn’t aged well for me, or I’m just not into this type of shoujo meet-cute anymore.

This book was an okay read for me.  It was interesting the story line.  I don’t think I will continue on with the story though.

Yuki has a big secret!

She’s got a crush on the captain of her high school’s basketball team.

It’s why she became the team’s manager. She’s never had plans to confess to him, though. Just being near him is enough for her. Plus, she’s discovered that she’s quite good at managing a bunch of high school boys. (Having five younger siblings probably helped, in that regard.)

But, when the captain gets a girlfriend in their third year of high school, where does that leave Yuki?

Crying in the club room, apparently.

But, when up-and-coming basketball rookie of the year and cheeky brat of an underclassman, Naruse Shou, finds her there, things take an odd turn.

Naruse knows Yuki’s secret.

And, what does this playboy want from Yuki? Just all her attention.

Yuki’s not the only one with a crush, apparently….

This is such a cute little manga!

It revolves around a cute relationship between a seemingly disaffected young boy and an entirely too self-sufficient young girl who doesn’t know when to catch a break. There’s lots of fun dialogue throughout and plenty of humor thrown in.

I really enjoy the story so far and I’m looking forward to reading more~

Read this series online twice already before finding out there were paperback copies.
Now I’m rereading for the third time and words cannot express how EXCITED I am.
