I don't know what was in Katelyn's coffee, but this book is so good—spicy, mysterious, and yummy. Not that it's a surprise, because that's Katelyn Taylor's quality. This woman can write sports romance and dark themes just as well. I'm a fan, I'm a stan.

So when I was already head over heels for the first MMC, I thought, how? We still have three more; how could I love all of them equally? But then I remembered, it's Katelyn—she will make it perfectly easy for me. And she did.

I cannot tell you how hard I laughed because of Liam; my stomach literally hurt. He's hilarious. Ronan is the older green flag. Vincent is the broody, bl0 0dy, silent one. And then we have the fiancé himself, Asher, the arrogant future king of the Brethren. He is a tough cookie.

This book is more character-heavy, with glimpses of the society, but the fun part is yet to come. Yes, this book ends on a cliffhanger—a very rude one (I'm looking at you, Katelyn)—but I'm so happy knowing I still have two more books to spend with these characters. The spice is already spicing, and we all know we will just be so jealous of Skyla, iykyk. It's not as dark as the Graves was, yet! Five stars, what else?!
