Very cool!!! Thank you so much to Kamilė for recommending this book, it's a journey I feel like I'm only just beginning. Will have to go back over and make some notes on what this book means to me, and I have immediately started recommending it to friends.

A great book of reflection and advice, I like that this version is shorter but its brevity still contains all the key points of the full book but with less stories.. Both I'm sure are good. I especially like listening to Dr Brown reading her own books as she explains them so well and has an excellent speaking cadence and pacing in her speech.

She made some very good points but I don’t think I was ready for this book
