I really enjoy anthologies, especially when my brain isn’t up to a full novel. I love Lady Whistledown from Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton novels, and each story captured the spirit of her column while being as delightfully unique as the authors who wrote them.

What's the point of a Lady Whistledown book if Lady Whistledown doesn't really do anything. At least the first two stories started because of something written in Whistledown, but really you would expect her columns to have some effect on the plot of the story. It would have been nice if there was an entire Whistledown column to read rather than just excerpts at the beginning of each chapter like the original books. And why did only one of them have an epilogue?

Zrobił trzy długie kroki, by do niej wrócić; po czym zmysłowym ruchem przygarnął ją do siebie i pocałował.
