This book is one that will make you laugh, cry, and have warm fuzzies from start to finish. Mary Katherine's writing is raw, honest, and unapologetically authentic. She isn't afraid to say what she thinks and let's be honest...she says what is on all our minds. As a mom of (3) and the parent of a special needs child; I felt heard. I felt like I could relate to every essay in this book. I can't wait to read it again!

This books an amazing collection of stories about motherhood. Not just stories about motherhood but positive, uplifting, we're all in this together stories. This usually isn't my cup of tea when it comes to reading. I'm much more about fiction. However I did find myself literally laughing out loud and touched by each story. One star off because it reads like a bunch of blog posts put together. Not a ton of cohesion between stories but that's ok. I'm coming to realize there's more and more books like this and it fits nicely into that style. It's almost like a modern day chicken soup book.

MK Backstrom brought a great quick read that pulls at the heartstrings with emotions and makes you laugh at every turn.  I'm about to reread it, it's a delightful read.
