This was not what I expected. Sylvia Day is an amazing author! She writes smutty stories like no other. Like the previous one I read this gives me Bridgerton vibes. They are short standalone stories which are intertwined.

I really enjoyed the stories of Sebastian Merrick, Lucien Remington, and Hugh LaCouer. The stories are all fast paced and my only wish is that each of the novella could have been longer. It's really nice all three stories are connected as well as the story of Lucien Remington gets a mentioned in Pride and Pleasure later on.
Overall, wonderful work, Sylvia!

Not one of this author’s best
As much as I liked the previous historical by this author this one couldn’t hold my attention. I really don’t like pirates so that explains the first story, but I guess the second was trying to rush and there wasn’t enough chemistry in it.

very cute collection of stories. all 3 were good...while luciens gamble being the best and her mad grace 2nd
