This issues sees a different style of illustrations and I kinda like them. They're far from the show's tone (as well as that of the comics, as well) but somehow appropriate because for me they add to the comedic effect of BTVS.
Dawn is insufferable as ever, giving us a short ''previously on'' and getting into trouble, then having to be saved. Again.
This is a very short volume, actually giving us lots of exposition on Buffy's life so far, her love-hate relationship with Dawn, and the fact that Angels's lurking around, of course also showing us that Buffy's very much on board with helping the helpless. Like like like
