Very well written book.

Enjoyed the writing and the tension, kept me hooked to the end. Found the end a bit anticlimactic.

Also occasionally struggled with getting the names of the characters mixed up.

Oh what a tangled web Ms. Walters weaves. This is a pretty good tale of a woman who survives a car crash and ends up with amnesia.
As you can imagine the story revolves around her trying to piece together the events leading to the crash. There are a few murders to to solve and nobody is above suspicion, and we're talking several family members, lovers, the whole mix.

It was good, and Minette Walters always manages that one line that will make you laugh out loud.
Best read in one sitting, to keep track of everyone.

Overall, it was a very interesting book. I bought it because it has no dust cover, no description, and I was looking for something interesting. I admit it did have a bit of a plot twist and kept me engaged, but I don't think I'd read work from this author again. There was a lot going on and at times it was hard to follow whos thoughts we were following or what characters were talking. I also found the romance completely unnecessary and contradictory to the storyline.
