There is more than just great baseball going on with twins Jason and Jeff. Not only do they share the accolades of being on a winning baseball team but they also share their love of satisfying woman together. When Megan, a pediatric nurse needs to get an autograph for a sick child she becomes more than the object of their desires. But what happens when the affection she shares with Jeff becomes more than what she has with Jacob? Can the triad work through the feelings and figure out the way to keep everyone happy? Or will hurt feeling ruin what they have shared together? Love, Love, Loved this book and I am so looking forward to more in the series.

I like Roz Lee's writing style but I guess I'm not really a fan of menage stories.

Sweet ménage. Pediatric nurse Megan takes the day off to go to the ball field to get an autograph for a sick little boy. He didn’t bother to tell her that Jeff “The Terminator” Holder was smokin’ hot and a twin. She waits with all the other anxious kids to get her autograph and when she does its accompanied by an invitation to dine. She can’t give that to the sick little boy so she meets with Jeff to give him a piece of her mind and get another autograph for the little boy. Jeff is intrigued by the passionate nurse and makes it right. He goes one better when he and his twin Jason (also a ballplayer) show up at the hospital the next day and visit with the sick kids. Megan works too hard and hasn’t had much time for a social life. Jeff does it for her. The twins are fascinated that Megan can always tell them apart. They proposition her with joining them both in bed and she figures it is better that way than doing without so she goes for it and the sex is fabulous. They guys push for long term and then things get sticky. Jealousy and lack of communication abound before the HEA. m/f/m

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a relationship with two hot baseball players who also happen to be identical twins?

Megan Long is a pediatric nurse who works in a ward with critically ill children. She meets Jeff Holder, the closing pitcher for the Texas Mustangs’ baseball team, when she asks for his autograph. One of the kids in the hospital loves the Mustangs and she knows the autograph will help with his rehabilitation. Jeff’s identical twin brother Jason is also with the Mustangs and is the team’s catcher. The twins live together and share everything, including women. When they meet Megan, the twins are attracted to her looks and sweet personality and they ask her to move in with them. Their offer takes Megan by surprise.

The twins are both nice guys, but they each have their own distinctive personality. They treat Megan with respect and thoughtfulness and Megan’s pleasure is always the most important thing to them. Their encounters together are sizzling hot. Megan is a strong independent woman and dedicated to her job. When she first meets the twins, she knows nothing about baseball, but she learns to love the game.

INSIDE HEAT is a fast paced erotic romance. This is the first book in the Mustangs baseball series and each book is a stand-alone. Roz Lee has written an interesting, erotic story, revolving around the world of baseball. I enjoyed the dynamics between Megan, Jeff and Jason and the way their relationship evolved over time. Is it possible for three people to have a long term relationship?

The story was a 4 star read until about halfway through when the storyline took a sharp turn and derailed. We had a great menage story then all of a sudden jealousy, self doubt and insecurities all joined in. All three characters suddenly lost the ability to talk to one another and I lost interest.

I began reading this book because started out as a menage read but it turned into something else entirely. I think it jarred me that the heroine went from both brothers to just the one brother and I didn’t quite catch it until I was thinking I’d quit on the book. Ultimately I liked the story but it didn’t end up the direction I wanted it to. I can’t fault the author for writing what her visions gave her, though. My only quibble is the speedy nature that the three decided to be together in the first place. It wasn’t well enough supported by the magic of the twin bond the hero and his sibling shared nor some other “love at first sight even though we don’t know it” magic.

Outside my normal wheelhouse - never read a ménage a trois before - but enjoyed it. Megan was a little doormat-ish at times, but only sexually and that evolved. Recommended for those who enjoy this brand of erotica.

A hot, sweet menage. I had some difficulty in the beginning and didn't connect to the characters well. Not sure why but I think it was because they sort of jumped into the menage so quickly that I felt like I was playing catch up. One minute they are meeting and then bam! everybody jump into the bed! I have to give the author credit - she wrote very distinct personalities for Jeff and Jason. I actually liked Jeff more than Jason. I almost DNFed but it got better by the second half. The baseball descriptions were fascinating. NOW I know what Tommy John surgery is after having heard about it for years. You can tell the author knows her baseball. Will continue to read others and definitely want the next in the series.

Here's a case where the free teaser worked. I read Free Agent and then paid for and devoured the rest of the series in short order. Yeah, there are things I could quibble about, but I had too much fun reading the series to get hung up on those aspects.
