This was a decent book. It had some really powerful messages and sayings about love, marriage, and relationships. I loved the relationship between the sisters. I listened to the audiobook. I chose this book because I am a fan of EJD, plus I wanted to read the book before the sequel came out. Livie, Frankie and Tommie were three sisters who were having issues in the love department. Livie was married and had been betrayed. Tommie was a battered woman afraid to love, but wanting to love and be loved. Frankie was a divorcee, now calling some major shots in her career, but desiring a relationship. How far will you go to find love or to escape reality? Are you Naught or Nice around the holidays. Find out which of the sisters were Naughty or Nice in this tale.

I liked this more than I expected. It felt dated, which is interesting since it was published in 2003. I loved the snappy dialogue and the relationship between the sisters.

My only excuse for reading this is that I was at the beach. Sigh.

I got it from the library because I received a copy of the new book, and I wanted to get background before I read Naughtier Than Nice. It was a good story and very interesting.

I loved this book. I've read other books by this author and they're all worth reading. The characters are lively and real, the story moves along and keeps one interested, the holiday theme is present but not overwhelming and it has a good message of love and family. My only drawback is that the characters don't really stand out from others he has written. They're almost stereotypical images.

Definitely worth picking up. Enjoy.
