Kindergarten and DK liked this one, though I think only about half the kids understood why the end page was funny.

Croc wants to be the best at something and his friend Turtle is great at staying positive and encouraging him. But, when everything he does someone else can do better, he begins to wonder. Croc and Turtle learn the value of true friends in this uplifting and humorous tale. The illustrations are fabulous - don't miss the looks on their faces as different animals come along. This book can also lead to great discussions on the value (or lack thereof) of comparing yourself to others.
