My favorite of the Chronicles so far, these are the adventures in search of seven knights. My favorite part is when Eustace is "saved".

I never read these as a child but wanted to listen to them as an adult. While I enjoyed the first and second books quite a bit, this one was very meh. I just felt like we were hopping from adventure to adventure with Eustace complaining along the way. The ending also felt rushed. This wasn't bad, but it was just okay.

This was a reread for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It reads like an episodic story where a different adventure happens in each chapter.
I especially valued seeing the underlying themes of the Christian Gospel in each different event that happened.
