Dang! The author is killing me with this cliff hanger ending. Damn!!!! The next book cannot release fast enough. I need to know what happens to Ronan and if Henry is going to destroy the pretty business owner.
This book starts out explaining how Ronan and Conner came to be friends. It also explains a bit more about Ronan's past with his ex. I am not a fan for sure. I am curious how that past relationship will effect the current situation. This book is full of secrets and back stabbing. Not to mention the heated sexual escapades.
Will Ronan continue to grow and mature? Or will he disappoint us? I really love Ronan's character and hope for the best.
I cannot wait to see where this goes. This series is a spin off of the Wolf Cove series and is highly addictive and highly detailed. I love this series.

I checked this out because I filtered available audiobooks by “first in a series” and “thriller”. It said it was WOLF hotel and MERMAID beach and I thought it was going to be a story about murderous sirens on a beach and it turned out to be about a man with loose morals 😂 he was a slut and he was good at it. I don’t even know who to cheer him on with because it’s just about every female character that’s been introduced.

Too many additional characters being introduced with Wolf Hotel and now FMC Sloane's competing business and I wasn't emotionally invested in her as a character at all or her business. I am also confused as to why Ryan was at the beginning of the book just for her to not even be in the rest of the book (I liked her character and liked her and Ronan together). I do not care about Ronan's ex Tasha or Sloane. Everyone in this series thinks with their genitals. Moving on.
