Polarhog convinces his best friend Barry, a blue bird that’s mostly all head, to come outside for a walk, because there will be a surprise. Barry has just awakened from a nap and is not in the best of moods. Barry does not like the hat that Polarhog procures for him, nor does he want a bite of the meatball Polarhog finds along the way, but he is delighted by the beautiful surprise.
