As someone prone to rumination and getting bogged down in regrets, this book made me appreciate my life and think more optimistically about the possibilities for my future. It's easy to forget the rest of your life's book is still unwritten, and a powerful thing to remember. I appreciated the approachable exploration of existential philosophy, after reading this I might try some of the authors brought up in the book! The ending to me was predictable but it didn't make the impact of the message any less poignant for me personally.
