In anticipation of my own pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago this Spring, I read this wisdom book of quotes, insights, and questions. My thought was I would use it as a springboard for journaling my pilgrimage when the time comes but wanted to read in advance before committing. Based on the quality of writing and content, I will be using it as a daily devotion on the walk.
I recommend this as a companion for other pilgrims. I also strongly recommend it for anyone - walker or not - who likes to read and reflect. I found myself thinking of my life now at home and believe the wisdom inside can be helpful for anyone, anytime. And I know when I encounter the wisdom day by day on the camino it will have even more significance. The quotes and questions were relevant and connected to the daily reflections. Well done!
