i liked this celebration of vegetarian ingredients. some great ideas for mostly simple means.
I also liked the food prep section.

A really pretty book. Recipes looked competent and doable and enticing. Methods were straightforward and approachable. I'm definitely adding to to my list to get a copy for myself!

eggs aren't plant based protein and vegetarians don't eat fish, but lovely photos and interesting recipes if heavy on dairy
