Potts made 27 my absolute favorite of the series.
If you love Stephanie Plum, this installment won't disappoint. I loved the addition of Potts as a new "sidekick" of sorts. Not positive that the new book featuring Gabriella will be all that great, however, based on the sneak-peak. I would much rather she had added another installment of Lizzy and Diesel.
Stephanie Plum, Indiana Jones wannabe. I liked Fortune and Glory, and the new character - so I'm excited to see where the series goes next!
I love Stephanie Plum books, but I was disappointed. I didn't laugh nearly as much as usual and it felt like it should have just been #26 part 2, I would have preferred it to be one big long #26. I think the book might have just been a set up for a new character series, which would be disappointing. I would like to see Stephanie grow, pick one of the guys, still be a bounty hunter, but upgrade poor Stephanie. She's been so miserable for the last few books.
Fun, if a little predictable, Stephanie Plum adventure.
I LOVED this book. It was both refreshing and familiar as these novels definitely follow a formula but it was such a joy to read. As always, Stephanie is sassy with her trademark style and bounty hunting abilities! As per usual not every car makes it out of this book alive and there is no shortage of cringe worthy scenarios and lines that you cannot help but giggle along with.
Fortune and Glory is a Ranger book! Which I loved and had a really heart warming ending. Can’t wait for the next one.

I’ve long loved reading about Stephanie Plum’s adventures. The books are a lot of fun. But this one left so many stupid holes that the story suffered a lot.
My questions:
Who on earth would continue looking for a treasure knowing people wanted to kill them for it?!?
Why did they want to fight so hard for a treasure that they knew was difficult to sell? One that had an original owner

If you’ve read one you’ve read them all. Stephanie gets a case, Lula wearing clothes too small, shooting, running, gunk in hair, cars blowing up/ destroyed Grandma, and of course the Ranger and Morelli triangle. Even with that I still love these books. Quick easy reads and good laughs.
I think the title annoyed me the most though. Why wasn’t 27 in the title?!
