Such a fun, quirky book about a fun, quirky town. I like the way that the author was able to sneak in some harsh truths about the opioid epidemic while also exploring borderline absurd plot points. The narration by the people at the cemetery was funny and unique.

I loved this book. The characters were wonderful, the story was charming and the writing was terrific. I found myself laughing out loud several times, it was an uplifting and satisfying read. I am heading to the Library site to put a hold on other books by Annie Hartnett.
